1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with ClariSpec for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • Monthly and annual subscription plans
  • First-time purchases and renewals (within 14 days of the charge)

4. Exclusions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Free tier accounts (no payment was made)
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the charge date
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Partial-month or partial-period refunds (refunds are always for the full billing period)

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your data remains accessible for 30 days after the subscription ends
