ClariSpec Documentation

Everything you need to know about using ClariSpec to accelerate your business analysis work.

Getting Started

What is ClariSpec?

ClariSpec is an AI-powered business analysis platform that helps analysts, product managers, and project teams create professional deliverables in minutes instead of hours. It provides 50+ specialized modules covering the full BA lifecycle — from discovery and requirements elicitation through modeling, specification, architecture design, and quality assurance.

Each module is tuned with domain-specific prompts and output templates, so you get structured, standards-compliant results (BPMN, UML, TOGAF, BABOK, IEEE) rather than generic AI text.

Creating an Account

ClariSpec offers a free tier with 3 analyses per month — no credit card required.

  1. Go to clarispec.analify.pl and click Get Started Free.
  2. Sign in with your Google account (OAuth 2.0 — we never see your password).
  3. You land on the dashboard, ready to run your first analysis.

Your First Analysis

  1. Select a module from the sidebar — for example, Documentation / BRD.
  2. Enter your input — paste a project description, meeting transcript, or any text that describes what you need to analyze.
  3. Choose a detail level — Expert (comprehensive), Executive (mid-level), or Quick (concise).
  4. Click Generate — the AI processes your input and produces a structured deliverable.
  5. Review and export — edit inline if needed, then export to PDF, DOCX, Markdown, or Jira CSV.

Setting Up a Project

Projects let you persist context across analyses. When you set an active project, every module automatically receives your project's background — stakeholders, tech stack, constraints, glossary — so results are consistent and contextually relevant.

  1. Open Projects from the sidebar.
  2. Click Create Project and fill in the name, description, and any relevant context (tech stack, team structure, constraints).
  3. Click Set as Active to make it the default context for all new analyses.
  4. Run any module — the project context is injected automatically.

Key Features

Project Context AI

Every analysis module can leverage your project context. When you create a project and set it as active, ClariSpec injects its description, tech stack, stakeholders, glossary, and constraints into every prompt. This means the AI produces results that are specifically tailored to your project — not generic boilerplate.

Why it matters: A test case generator that knows your system uses PostgreSQL 15 and React will produce different (and better) results than one that doesn't. Context turns a generic AI into a knowledgeable team member.

Detail Level Selector

Every module supports three output levels:

  • Expert — Maximum detail. Full specifications, all edge cases, comprehensive deliverables. Ideal for final documentation.
  • Executive — Balanced depth. Key points with enough detail for stakeholder review and decision-making.
  • Quick — Concise overview. Fast results for initial exploration, brainstorming, or time-constrained situations.

Workflow Chains

Workflow Chains let you pipe the output of one module directly into the next, creating automated analysis pipelines. For example:

Transcript AnalysisDocumentation / BRDTest CasesBacklog Grooming

Build chains visually in the Workflow Builder, save them as templates, and re-run them on new inputs. Each step passes its result to the next module automatically.

Export Options

Every analysis can be exported in multiple formats:

  • PDF — Professionally formatted, ready for stakeholder distribution.
  • DOCX — Editable Word documents with proper heading structure and styles.
  • Markdown — Raw markdown for integration with wikis, Git repositories, or documentation platforms.
  • Jira CSV — Import user stories, test cases, or backlog items directly into Jira.

Version History

Every analysis is automatically saved to your history. You can revisit any past analysis, re-generate it with different settings, or save multiple versions to track how a deliverable evolves. Use the Compare tool to see side-by-side diffs between any two versions.

Sharing

Share any analysis via a public link — no login required for viewers. Open any analysis from your history, click Share, and copy the generated URL. Recipients see a clean, read-only view of your deliverable. You can revoke sharing at any time.

Expert Discussion

Chat with AI domain experts across 16 specialized domains:

Banking & Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, Logistics & Supply Chain, E-commerce, Telecommunications, Energy & Utilities, Government & Public Sector, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Education, Media & Entertainment, Agriculture, Automotive, Cybersecurity, HR & People Analytics.

Each expert has deep domain knowledge and can answer questions about regulations, best practices, common patterns, and industry-specific requirements.

Deep Research

The Deep Research module produces comprehensive research reports with configurable depth. Choose from:

  • Quick Scan — High-level overview with key findings (2-3 minutes).
  • Standard Research — Balanced depth with comparisons and recommendations (5-7 minutes).
  • Deep Dive — Exhaustive analysis with case studies, vendor comparisons, and implementation guidance (10-15 minutes).

Frequently Asked Questions

The free tier includes 3 analyses per month. Your quota resets on the first day of each month. The free tier includes 5 core modules (Transcript, Documentation, Test Cases, Diagram, Stakeholder Map). Upgrade to Basic or Pro for all 50+ modules.
What AI model powers ClariSpec?
ClariSpec uses advanced large language models accessed via OpenRouter. The specific model is selected to optimize for quality, speed, and cost across different module types.
Can I export results?
Yes. Every analysis can be exported as PDF, DOCX, Markdown, or Jira CSV. Click the export button on any analysis detail page to choose your format.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your analyses are stored in your account only and are not shared with other users. We do not use your data to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What languages are supported?
ClariSpec auto-detects your input language and responds accordingly. English and Polish are fully supported with optimized prompts. Other languages work via the underlying LLM's multilingual capabilities.
Can I use project context?
Yes. Create a project in the Projects section, add your context (description, tech stack, constraints), and set it as active. All subsequent analyses will automatically incorporate that context.
What are Workflow Chains?
Workflow Chains let you pipe the output of one module into the next automatically. For example, run a transcript through the Transcript module, then automatically feed the result into BRD generation, then into Test Cases. Build and save chains in the Workflow Builder.
How do I share an analysis?
Open any analysis from your history, click the Share button, and copy the generated public link. Anyone with the link can view the analysis without logging in. You can disable sharing at any time.
